Professional and accommodating 12/11/2016

This was my first visit to Mark's and I will definitely be having my car serviced there in the future. They were friendly and accommodating, but also very thorough and professional. They quickly diagnosed my initial issue, but my car was overdue for regular maintenance. I was provided with a complete list of repairs needed and a spot-on estimate. My receipt is the most comprehensive I've ever received from a mechanic - I can see exactly how much each part cost and how much labor was charged for every repair. I can also review my repair/maintenance history online and they offer reminders when it's time for service. I'm very pleased with my experience so far. more

I went to Mark's shop, because I was told i needed brakes and they told me I didn't. You will never find a more honest and trustworthy company. I will take my car back every time I need maintenance done. more

Best mechanic in Nashville 4/20/2016

They're friendly and honest and good. You can make an appointment and wait for it or leave it with them to pick up later. They do what you ask and check before doing anything more. They've worked on our last 4 or 5 cars exclusively. more
