Sales was excellent 3/17/2011

My experience at Mark's Auto Sales was excellent. I could not have asked for better treatment or deal, next to walking away with a free car. The staff was very attentive and worked very hard at making my deal work for me. They made sure I got into a safe, reliable which that was perfect for my needs. Curtis West was my sales representative. I have not met a nicer, more professional salesperson anywhere. He did not ""bully"" me into anything and made my experience here a very plesant one. I will purchase my next vehicels here as well as send all of my friends and family their way. more

Mark's Auto Sales was AWESOME 3/14/2011

Mark's Auto Sales was AWESOME! They helped us out of a hole, that many dealerships would not have been so willing to do so.  They were very helpful and understanding.  They all made us feel very welcome!  By the way, our salesman was fantastic!  We felt that buying a vehicle would be so overwhelming and stressful, but he made it a very calm, friendly experience. My name is Jacqueline and I bought a van from Mark's Auto Sales.  Our salesperson worked with us on our down payment and the sale of the car.  Our credit was not good enough to obtain a regular loan so we got a buy here pay here loan.  The payments fit our budget.  We love our van, it gets great gas mileage and we've taken a few trips in it already! more

hard work! 3/8/2011

After a hectic few years, I found myself in a situation where I had questionable credit and needed a car.  Even though I knew I needed a good down payment, I didn't realize that I would get as good a vehicle as I did for less money down that I anticipated.  My saleswoman worked really hard and got me a good looking vehicle whose payments would fit into my budget.  I can't thank her enough for all of her hard work! more

I have extremely bad credit and was worried 2/17/2011

I have extremely bad credit and was worried that I couldn't get into a car. I came to Mark's Auto and met with Mike. He was extremely friendly and got me into the car I wanted with payments I could afford. I had problems with my car but Mikey and all the employees at Mark's helped me in every way they could. They put me into a new car when the problem with the original car couldn't be fixed. I am a very HAPPY, SATISFIED customer. I recommend Mark's Auto Sales to everyone!"" more

tremendous experience 2/8/2011

I had a tremendous experience at Mark's Auto! After a recent divorce, and some financial hardship, I was very nervous about getting into a car on my own. I was referred to Mark's, called and made an appointment. From the moment I sat down with Tracey, I felt at ease and comfortable. Tracy was very helpful and friendly. In addition Mike was fun and made me laugh! All in all, it was a great experience and I will definitely refer friends and family to Mark's Auto! more

I have worked with Mike the past two years. He has always kept me in mind when looking at our options. Test drives and picking up the cars. Mike is a reliable car salesman. Mike relates to the customer since he has to provide for his family as well. I will keep coming back to Mike as long as he is here. more

this a real family atmosphere there, and when i am there I feel like I am part of the family. I am now in my third car from Mark's, and I have been going there for 8 (eight)years.
