I would never encourage anyone to trust Mark's Auto. I bought a car from Mark's Auto that was a death trap on wheels. Initally the car ran well for about 3 days, and suddenly it would mysteriously completely shut down, nearly causing serious accidents on several occasions. Though Mark's was notified as to this very serious problem, nothing was done to correct the problem. Bear in mind that the car had this, and several serious problems, from the start.Trust me, Mark,s is the wrong place for a decent car. more

I Don't Recommend 6/14/2012

The sales people will tell you anything, including lie to you, to get the car out of the lot. "Oh it runs great!" Two weeks later, the piece of junk is overheating and making this ungodly grinding noise. I went back to Mark's to have them fix it... two days and A LOT of walking later, and what did they fix? They fixed a few lights and told me the car was fine. It's still making the really irritating grinding noise and honestly I regret letting them trick me into the piece of crap. more

Helpful, knowledgable and friendly 8/5/2011

My fiancee and I came into Mark's Auto looking for a SUV vehicle. Min Pederson was our Sales associate, who was very helpful, knowledgable and friendly. There was a lot of different selections that were all very nice looking vehicles. Definately recommend Mark's Auto. Appreciate all the help. Thanks! more

My experience at Mark's Auto Sales was most helpful and it was a great experience. Working with Curtis West was the best experience I have ever had with a car saleman I will continue to do business with Mark's and I will definetly send other family and friends into see Curtis and to buy cars from Mark's Thanks so much for having a helping hand in getting me back on the road. more

I was very happy and excited 7/28/2011

I was very scared of coming in to get a car and not being able to get a car today. But to my relief Mike was able to work with me, my payments and was able to get me a great car. Very polite and accomodating 7/22/2011

It has been a pleasure to work with Curtis here at Mark's Auto sales. Our family came to Mark's with a difficult situation and the staff has been very polite and accomodating. We were able to find a vehicle that meets our needs, our son's needs as well as our English Mastiffs needs. We did not feel pressured to make a purchase we were unhappy with and we know we will be driving home confident in our purchase. The only dealership 7/20/2011

Mark's is the only dealership I will go to. I love it. Curtis made an appointment with me at my convineace and stuck way past closing to assist me. I will recommend Mark's Auto to anyone I know who is out to buy a car. Thank you for all you have done to help me out. more
