i called up to place a phone order - to send some flowers to my friends who lost their dog - and they were so helpful. i told him what i was looking for, budget and taste and w/out even seeing the flowers i knew it was what i would want to be sent to me. he even offered to go to the next door pet store and add some biscuits for the surviving pooch! i highly recommend this place**** more
