Mark Tango Plumbing Inc

I hired Mark to fix a heating problem. I asked him if it was his type of work and he didn't decline. He'd never seen the system before and had to take pictures to send to a reference. he figured out what part was wrong, got a replacement, made the repair and left. That night I figured out that he had not fixed the issue. I called him several times over the next few days with no return phone call. I called in a new plumber to look at the problem and within 5 minutes he saw that not only did Mark not fix the issue, but the part he ordered was wrong and did not fit properly, therefore not making the required solution to get my heat regulated. I'm out $300 for Mark's visit. I tried to call Mark to fix the situation, but I can't get him to call back. I could never recommend Mark to another homeowner. more

Mark was professional to deal with: good at phone and email communication, on time, and completely respectful of our house. The job was done quickly and efficiently and came in at the exact price we had agreed upon. I received estimates from three plumbers I found on Yelp, and Mark's estimate was the lowest. He even subcontracted a friendly and competent electrician for our job. I was completely satisfied with the experience, and I would hire Tango again in the future. more

We have been very pleased with Tango Plumbing in Reading, MA. We called a different plumber when our shower broke and they charged us $70 just to come ot the house and tell us that our shower was broken and it would take 2 weeks to fix it. We called Tango that day and they were out in the same day. They charged us less than the other company and were very friendly. They have also replaced our hot water heater and we had the same great experience with them. more
