When I purchased my car they had the best price and 4 years later I still use them for service. Kia's have a great warranty and have only had to use it for a couple minor cosmetic...

Service 9/20/2011

The service was great, However, I will have to say that I have been having car issues since my first oil change and the 2 recalls were done. It seems to be skipping or something but I will have to take back to dealer to have them look at. I hope to get that issue resolved. But the service guy was very professional and explained everything to me. His name is Allen Jenkins. more

Great Dealer 8/10/2011

When I purchased my car they had the best price and 4 years later I still use them for service. Kia's have a great warranty and have only had to use it for a couple minor cosmetic issues on the car. The dealer fixed it right away. I take the car their to get my oil change on a regular basis. They use a synthetic blend oil, rotate my tires, and they always do an inspection then give me a "Know Your Vehicle Report" that informs me of service intervals 30,000, 60,000, timing belt, etc. This keeps my 100,000mile Kia powertrain warranty in effect. Plus its easy for me to go online to schedule my service. I highly recommend this dealer. more

Trustworthy service 8/8/2011

I completely trust Mark Kia with my car. They always can fit my into their schedule and perform whatever needs doing quickly and inexpensivly. I could take my car to a dealer that is much closer to my home, but I will never change. When my car was new and under warranty, another dealer was not able to figure out how to fix a problem in the wiring. After two appointments, I gave up and took it to Mark Kia. They fixed it on their first try. more
