I ask for how much the labor price was, I was never told. Work performance was good and neatly done. RESPONSE FROM Mark Johnson Plumbing Inc: When Mark Johnson Plumbing moved their emphasis from New Construction to Service and Repair Work, they joined Quality Service Contractors (a national organization which focuses on improving plumbing companies). At that point, Mark Johnson Plumbing also became a "Flat Rate Company". Basically this means all plumbing tasks have a set price with everything included. Customers are given this price BEFORE any work is done. No one is surprised with a bill he or she wasn't expecting. There is no breakdown of labor and materials with a flat rate company. Since you are given a price "up front", you can choose to have the work done - or contact someone else. When asked about labor price or material prices - we always explain to our customers we are flat rate and can not break down the cost. more

Great 10/9/2015

Everything with Mark Johnson Plumbing was excellent. I called them over to fix some issues with my plumbing. The servicemen who came were on time, finished the job quickly, and were very good. The only thing for me was their price; I thought it was a little bit expensive. Other than that, I would definitely recommend them. more

We have used Mark Johnson Plumbing Inc. for various plumbing and electrical issues over the years. They always come when we call. We usually get same day service. The technicians arrive on time and get the job done quickly. I am confident in their work and efficiency. The work they have done for us has been fine. We have had no issues with it. Their pricing is in line with everyone else's. more

Great people 8/7/2015

A couple of weeks ago we had a problem in our septic line, we had company coming in a couple of days and had just dealt with an AC problem. We called Mark Johnson Plumbing. They sent John out and he had it cleared in no time. Friendly, courteous, even wear shoe covers in your house!! You can't get that type of service often these days!! Recommend them highly. more

Excellent in all areas 7/26/2015

I could not ask to be served any better. You all are so quick to respond and then to get right to correcting and alleviating my plumbing problems. Previously it was the commode replacement and this time the hot water heater broke. Both times you solved my problem. I am an old woman in an old home so my "normal" is something is broken or not working! I wish all the service areas I must deal with treated me with as much respect and caring concern as you. Patience is a special part of your operation and has the perfect name for her job. She is calming and reassuring as she takes the information that all you guys need to serve us so well. Quick response and great customer service. 7/9/2015

I have been totally happy with Mark Johnson Plumbing. I haven't needed them lately, but whenever I do I just give them a call. I have used them several times, a couple of which were false alarms. They never seemed frustrated, just willing to help. They are good, and very nice. They know what they're doing. more

Broken thunder bucket fixed 7/1/2015

Both our toilets were clogged so we hired Mark Johnson Plumbing Inc. to come take a look. We had worked with the company previously when a technician came to replace our water heater. The pricing was really good and the technician kept things so clean that we thought of Mark Johnson Plumbing Inc. immediately when we needed more work done. This time, the technician came out and looked at both toilets. To fix the first toilet, he had to lift out and snake the entire unit. The process took a while longer than expected, but the issue with the second toilet was very easy to resolve and he did not charge us for the time he took on that unit. The technician was really nice and made sure our problems were resolved before he left. You should hire Mark Johnson Plumbing Inc. for great plumbing service. more

They let you know the cost upfront and get straight to work. I enrolled in their 3year service plan and have full confidence that if I ever have a plumbing emergency in the future, they will be right there to fix it ASAP. Great Experience. 6/22/2015

We have worked with Mark Johnson Plumbing three times now. My wife knew someone that had a good experience with their service, so that led us to trying them the first time. When you set an appointment with them, they arrive when they say they will. Surprisingly, I've found timeliness to be an uncommon trait in other services I've used. Their prices are also competitive and their staff is personable. I would recommend them. more

Unclogged a blocked toilet drain. 6/8/2015

From the lady that i talked to on the phone too the men that came to my house they were all the best you could ask for.The lady on the phone was very nice to me and the men that did the work at my house worked very hard to resolve my problem.Mark Johnson plumbing is the best there is and i don't know why anyone would call anybody but them.Thank-you so much for the great service! more
