It was an absolute pleasure to work with Mark Harris Stationers! I just received my invitations and I'm so pleased with them! I worked directly with Candy and she made this process such a breeze. I have to say, this was the least stressful things I've had to do in my whole planning process, and it's all thanks to her. I would definitely recommend working with Mark Harris Stationers! more

Mark Harris has been around for 30+years,that already says something about them!!! They are going to have to deal with some pretty difficult customers in that time. In this case a customer known as ""Theyblameme"" ,""stoptheshopping""and ""Thereviewer101""is the perfect example of someone that doesn't want to take responsiblity for their actions! I suppose I would be upset if I lost something too but to try to get the store to take responsibility is pretty low and classless!!! It's a shame but it's the price of doing business with the public.""Theyblameme""(and whatever other alias she comes up with) hopefully doesn't do this to other businesses but I'm sure they will handle ""her"" with the professionalism that Mark Harris has always shown!! more

Unprofessional and disorganized. They do not discount at all , most other places do. They are slow to return calls and make personal calls while making you wait. Not very helpful or creative. more

They blamed me for a loss of supplies! They were very inofficiant, not helpful, and the loss of supplies cost me a lot of money. They wouldn't do anything to help. NEVER go there. I do not recommend it to any one. Never doing business there again. more

Every time I shop at the Chestnut Hill mall I have to stop at ""Mark Harris"" I love that store! I did all of my 3 daughters wedding invitations there and will be going back for my 4th daughter's wedding! The staff is so creative, helpful and accommodating! Looking forward to getting my first granddaughter's gifts there as well. I strongly recommend you to see the store and to work with their knowledgeable staff! I've never been married before or had to help plan a wedding so I had no idea what I was doing. They all were very helpful through it all. I needed save-the-dates, wedding invitations, programs, menus, placecards, thank you notes etc... They have a huge selection and they also sell frames and photo albums so I was able to do one stop shopping. They're in a mall so they are open late and everyday. Over all it was a great painless experience and I would recommend Mark Harris. Pros: Parking and hours Cons: There is only 1 store more

Ordered Holiday cards. They arrived with a misprint. Contacted the store, they apologized and said the replacement would be there in a couple of days. Did not receive, called to check and they flew off the handle, yelling at me that it was because of a snow storm and then hung up! The replacement arrived very late, right before Christmas, but it was WRONG AGAIN!! I called and they said they'd issue a credit. They never did. Now disputing off credit card. I guess they have no sense of customer service, are irratic and disorganized. Sadly, I cannot recommend Mark Harris Stationers. Pros: only stationer in mall Cons: terrible customer service, do not stand behind their work. more

I had heard from friends that this was the place to go, but being in Chestnut Hill I was a little intimidated because I know it's a wealthier area than I'm used to. I walked in and was immediately greeted though it was very busy I had to look around a bit before my turn. I was pleased to find a wide price range of things and I felt like I'd be able to afford something here. Everyone there was so down to earth and answered all my questions with utter patience(I'm a nervous new bride to be) I had gone to several other places before coming here and no other place was as accommodating and knowledgable. There is a huge variety of things from very high-end to extremely affordable,what a nice surprise! I'm no longer intimidated and I will recommend this store to everyone I know. They seem to have many fans already,while I was there it seemed like at least a dozen people stopped by just to say hello and to thank them again for their invitations.I guess that's a good sign. I ordered hundreds of dollars of personalized stationary from Mark Harris. A portion of the stationary came in and was printed incorrectly. I immediately notified the owner and explained the problem. She told me that it was my fault and that they could reprint them at my cost ($50). I explained that I had ordered the stationary to be printed exactly as I had seen it their catalogue and that the larger portion of the order was correct and I had just spent hundreds of dollars. She began to yell at me and eventually hung up on me. I reported the problem to my credit card company and they found in my favor and did not require me to pay. I had the incorrect portion reprinted through a wonderful vendor on line. I was shocked at the treatment that I received and would not recommend this business to anyone.
