I TOTALLY AGREE THAT MARK HARDEN COULD CARE LESS ABOUT HIS CUSTOMERS,..I ALSO THINK THIS ATTITUDE HAS BEEN PASSED ALONG TO SOME OF HIS STAFF....HORRIBLE DEALING WITH THIS AGENCY, ...

Outstanding State Farm Agent 11/5/2011

I have been a customer at Mark Harden's State Farm Agency for over 20 years. I started with an auto poilicy, and through the years added additional cars, two homeowners policies, as well as a boat and jet ski policy. I have had some small claims that were all handled professionally and quickly with no problems. Additionally, Mark's staff returns calls promptly and takes care of business efficiently. I highly recommend this State Farm Agency. more

love my agent! 11/1/2011

I moved to GA from AZ and was fortunate meet Mark Harden. He helped me understand my policies for my car, my home, personal, etc. Mark responds to my many questions thru storms, car shopping, etc. I have periodically checked rates and State Farm continually is the best! He and his staff are a pleasure to work with and I do recommend him to my friends. more

Top Notch Service 11/1/2011

I have used Mark Harden for my insurance needs for the past 5+ years. I started out using him to cover my Life Insurance needs and after about a year moved my auto and home owners insurance to him. After dealing with several other insurance companies and agents I have to say that Mark is by far the best in the business. He and his staff have been super to deal with and always on top of things. Great rates and outstanding service. more

Mark Harden & State Farm Could Care Less About Its Customers 11/4/2009

Mark W. Harden, State Farm Insurance Agent seems to care less about his customers. While the agents that work for him try hard, Mark himself takes a horrible attitude when dealing with customers. He must have so much business at his doorstep, that he doesn't believe in being friendly and nice when dealing with customer claims. I would not recommend Mark or his agency to anyone in the Atlanta, Georgia community. Pros: State Farm is a well known Insurer Cons: Mark Harden seems to care less about dealing with customers more

Great service! 9/18/2008

Angela in this office has been helping me for years with car and home insurance. She knows everything about the insurance you need, and is always available to help. I recently had an accident and State Farm, Angela, and all the people who helped me were amazing. They made a very difficult time much easier. State Farm is good insurance, and not expensive. I recommend you always get MedPay (which does not cost much at all) because health insurance does not cover auto accidents. more
