We moved to Geneva two years ago and have had All State for about 9 years. Mark is by far the best agent we have dealt with and we have dealt with 4. He explained in detail what our options were. He did not try to push us to buy more coverage and was very helpful and patient. We have our homeowners, auto and RV and another supplemental policy with All State. I would definitely recommend Mark and his staff if you are looking for a good agent. more

friendly & helpful; good coverage 10/14/2008

I have had auto and home insurance with this agent for over 10 years. He and staff have always been helpful in answering questions about coverage, ways to reduce costs, and how to file a claim or when it wasn't worth it to file a claim (minor hail damage). At one point the wrong info was on my auto insurance (amount of miles driven per year), and it took 5 times of them submitting it to AllState corporate to get it correct. But they kept at it! Reasonable costs, and nice to deal with a local person. more
