PROMPT AND EFFICIENT 10/11/2019

I had two plumbing problems crop up at the same time, and I called Mark Carpenter Plumbing on a Friday morning for help. Early that afternoon, they sent Doug and Eric out. In an amazingly short period of time, they fixed both of my problems. They thoroughly explained what they were going to do, and then worked expeditiously to fix the problems. I can't say enough about how professional they were in every regard. more

GOOD WORK BEN 12/22/2018

Ben Reyes came on Saturday morning December 22, 1918 to open my stopped up kitchen sink. He was such a gentleman and cleared up my problem in a timely and courtesy manner. His good work will make my Christmas Holidays much happier THANK YOU BEN more

Gas Water Heater 4/23/2018

Replaced rusted out gas water heater and got me up to date with the latest legal and safety issues. Far more work than I expected and did an excellent job, start to finish. Very pleased and will definitely be me first call for any future plumbing issues. more

Doug & Mac - Great Team 4/9/2018

Great experience! Called - told lady I would not be available until Friday at 9:30. Said they could come then, but would call to make sure I was available. Friday at 9:30 the lady called to see if I was ready for them. Doug & Mac arrived shortly. Doug gave me an estimate for 4 or 5 options to fix my problem. I picked the one I wanted. They set to work and in 1-1/2 hours they were finished!! Very pleased. more

I had a blocked water line and Mark,s was able to not only provide great service but were able to do it in a timely manner. Anthony and Marc the service specialist were very professional and provided me valuable information on how the keep my lines clean and clear. I would highly recommend Mark Carpenter Plumbing to anybody who needs service regardless of the size. more

Roman & Eric were polite & professional from the moment they arrived at my home. They researched the problem & eventually got to the source of the water. While working Roman explained the cost per hour to be sure that I wanted to continue. After the work was completed they cleaned up everything. Appreciated the openness & honestly through out the service call. more
