Friendliest place in town, and the spaghetti sauce is the best I have ever eaten. We have been coming here for years. Always best to make a reservation on Friday and Saturday night, just leave a message on their machine and Mo will always call you back. We see the same people every time we go, so it must be good for customers to come back over and over. more

Mario's Italian Restaurant is sooooo good! 1/5/2010

I love this restaurant! The owner makes this place feel warm and inviting with personal attention unlike any franchise. The pizza is to die for along with the chicken alfredo. Also, if you like wine you should try The Other it compliments most of the pasta dishes served. more

Good for the family or a group of friends. Food is great and entertainment is second to none for a relaxing time in East Texas. I have been there several times with several different servers and each time the service has been absolutely wonderful. more

Great Italian food and live music 12/12/2005

I have been to Mario's a few times now, and each time have had a great meal and enjoyed the live music. I think they have the band there from Wed-Sat. They are a lot of fun. if you want non-smoking, ask for the room on the right as you walk in. Otherwise, You'll get put in the half and half room. You can still hear the music and all from the back room, so it's fine. Highly recommended - and the prices are very reasonable! Ciao! PROS: Live music, prices, food CONS: more
