I have lived in several different parts of the country -- east, midwest, and south -- and visited many more. What I remember most about my time in Dayton was the pizza -- there were many good kinds, and each was unique. So when my husband and I went back recently for a "friends' reunion" after moving away 22 years ago, naturally we wanted to try the pizza, specifically Marion's, our favorite. This time it was risky, though, because we had two pizza connoisseurs with us -- our teenagers. At ages 14 and 19, they have definitely sampled all kinds of pizza. And guess what -- they rated Marion's as their favorite too. My daughter especially loved the sauce, they both loved the crust, and my son loved everything about the supreme version. For those who questioned what all the hype was about in their reviews, I'm not saying there isn't good pizza elsewhere too. We had a great east-coast style pizza in Pittsburgh, PA. But Marion's has the best thin-crust pizza I've ever tasted. We're going to look into having it shipped here.
Pros: taste, service, friendly atmosphere
