This guy deserves to be out of business !! Food was horrible, staff was rude and he obviously didn't know how to run business. Myself along with a few other associates went in and showed him ways to save alot of money (which could have kept his doors open longer or in his pocket) and he said he knew everything. Sure looks like that now since he had to close BOTH locations. Go get a job, learn customer service, and then try again !! more

This place is unbelievable. Went there tonight, and my husband requested a cup of coffee. The waitress told us they don't have coffee. Okay, we'll have wine. Sorry - we don't have our liquor license right now, even though there is a card on the table advertising the types of wine they serve. While waiting a very long time for a burger and a piece of pizza and a salad, we noticed a coffee pot next to the drink machine. When we asked the waitress why they don't serve coffee if they have a coffee pot right there she told us it was for the cooks only! Unbelievable. We asked another waitress who told us they just didn't make any today. Also, our original order was for fish and chips, but alas, they don't have any fish! The biggest problem is the attitude of everyone working there. They could care less whether their customers are satisfied or not. My husband spoke with the ""manager"". He did not apologize, in fact, acted as tho we were bothering him with our comments. The food here is pretty good - but expensive for what you get. We will not be going back - not because they were too lazy to make a pot of coffee, but because of their ""I don't care if you are happy or not"" attitude. Go to Rendini's down the street in the Food Lion shopping center for a great meal. We sure will next time. more

Have you ever been told “GO F@@k YOURSELF” FROM A RESTURANT MANAGER? IF YOU CHOOSE TO EAT AT MARINO’S YOU JUST MIGHT HERE THIS IF YOU COMPLAIN ABOUT YOUR ORDER!! Hungry Family beware – Don’t waste your hard earned money at this over priced dump !Placed to go order: 2 Philly subs w/ FF for 23.17. Picked up order got home and sat down to eat only to discover the food looked gross. The sandwiches were made wrong and the fries were old. I called to complain and was greeted by a disrespectful rude teenager that immediately began to argue with me stating that she took the order so she knew they made it right. I asked to speak to the manager which by the way claimed to be the owner only to hear the same crap from him. I told him we no longer wanted the food and he proceeded to say “great we don’t want your business” and “you can go F*%K yourself!! The restaurant has a second location my husband called the 2nd establishment in disbelief an owner would do this and we did manage to speak to the real owner only to hear that they would remake the food but not provide refund and did not even once attempt to apologize! I am still in shock. I have proceeded to report them to the BBB and I will be doing a write up in my community weekly bulletin in hopes to save someone else from getting treated the same way. I stopped a few nights ago and picked up a pizza to go. I will say I really enjoyed the pizza....the taste was great... but there were 2 draw backs: 1) the pie size was very limited. They went from a personal size of about 8"" or so to and 18""+ size (the size of a large/extra large at most places.) 2) I found the pizza pricey. For a 2 topping pie I spent over $25. Pros: Great flavor Cons: pricey, lack of pie sizes more

This restaurant WILL NOT be around long. The two owners are the most unprofessional and rude people that you will ever meet. They physically threaten customers and make racial comments in front of customers!! They actually do this, it is unbelievable. These people are not going to last in this city long with that type of attitude and outlook on people that look different than them> they should please kindly go back to philly where this may be acceptable.
