Mariner's Landing Resort

The condos were really nice and we had a wonderful meeting. The prices were excellent. You need to change the rules printed in the condos. The ladies at the front desk do not, cannot and will not give or take back keys. They were not very helpful and it was a chore to go seveal places to pick up keys. more

Holly Sweet was great to work with the room accomodations. Amanda also did a wonderful job assisting us with gift baskets for each room and greeting our guests. She also helped me get in contact with Jeff who manages the Blackwater room when we were somewhat challenged with room setup for the event. Ben and Susan were great offering exceptional catering service and the food was delicious!! Thanks to all for a wonderful event. more

My daughter had her wedding at Mariners Landing this past Oct. and everything went great. Holly and Moma Sue did a wonderful job with everything. Everyone had a great time and all of the people who stayed at the condos enjoyed themselves. I just recently stayed there on 11/27 and 11/28. It was a MUCH needed escape for me!!! The area is lovely. Secluded. The view is awesome and so soothing. Just what I needed after roller coaster year. The condo was nice too. The bed slept well. The condo was clean and comfy however, there are just a few suggestions. The bedroom, hall, and kitchen could us a new paint job and a good spring cleaning along the baseboards and light fixtures. By no means was it dirty at all. It just needed more detailed housekeeping. The condo is over priced for an off season even though it was a holiday weekend. Thanks for sharing your condo with me at a much needed time. more

I was very disappointed that there was no WIFI in my room - I had to go to the basement and sit on the floor to use my IPAD! Otherwise the room and the site were comfortable and the front office woman, Amanda, was very cheerful and helpful. more

We had a great time. The hotel was fine, beautiful view. The only helpful comment I have is that the cleaning staff need to pay more attention to details, just a few things were not as clean as you would expect. The carpets need a good shampoo throughout the hotel. I will give you 110% on staff friendliness. They were great. more

We enjoyed our time with you last week, Labor Day Weekend. We especially enjoyed it because we got married that week. Mariners Landing offered all the amenities one can think of. The only complaint were the pillows in the bedroom were small. Other than that, everything went great! more

We completely enjoyed our visit. The overall resort was clean and well-maintained, and all the staff members we came in contact with were wonderful and always smiling. Unfortunately, our condo had a few "small" issues -- first, every door in the condo squeaked like a haunted house, so moving around when someone was sleeping was extremely noisy; second, the "owner" of the unit left so much "stuff" in the nightstands, dressers and closets, we had to pile it in one closet and just not use that one; and finally, at least 1/2 the lightbulbs in the unit had either been unscrewed or were burnt out, so they didn't work. The only other "small" issue was the "loading dock" for the boats -- it is VERY difficult to use, but since we only had to unload once, that was good. Upon leaving we found an error in our bill, but are working with the resort to correct the problem. Overall, we would return for a future vacation. more
