Mariners Bay complex and the people who live their are nice and a place to call home. The security guards are helpful however, the management (Ann Marko) does not follow the same level of service. Her view of people is to treat them well until they move-in...then you are on your own. Don't expect any sense of pleasantness, respect or solutions to any problem. She is inflexible and tosses her power around as though she owns the place, in my opinion. If you DON'T have to deal with the manager its an awesome place otherwise you could not pick a worst place to live.
