The haircuts are only $6 at this location and that includes shampoo. They are all done by students, but the teachers are always there to help and give advice. They also do perms, colors, highlights, facials, nails, and make up. But you have to remember that they are all students and you are their assignments for the day. PROS: Cheap! CONS: more
