Marine Creek Apartments

These people will take you for all you've got. They lie, have awful records, and they are extremely rude. There is SOOOO much crime, I had my door kicked in, as well as 4 other tenants. Cars are broken into all the time, and the staff are utterly disgusting.\r \r DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! more

I agree with the last poster. Cars and apartments have been broken in to. Crime is a definite problem. When it is brought to the attention of management, they dismiss it by saying ""Well, that happens everywhere."" They have a patrol that looks for cars parked in two places (for towing purposes), but does not have ANY security. Please do not rent here. We will be leaving as soon as possible. MY WIFE AND I DO NOT FEEL SAFE!!!! Pros: Crime, crime, crime, and towing... Cons: More crime!!! more

Country living minutes away from Fort Worth. A great place that I enjoyed for some good ole quiet liesure at its best. The staff is friendly and outgoing and they are always willing to lend a hand. I loved the landscape and the feel of the country and knowing I was just minutes away from the fun of the city. I liked the quick access to the freeway where I can get around quickly. Pros: Lots of parking, fitness center, swimming pool, and lots of room to roam in my apartment Cons: n/a more

I totaly enjoyed my stay here. If it were not for the house I bought I would still be calling Marine Creek my home. That place was awesome. Not only did my move in go smooth i got a free gift when i moved in. They provided me with a washer and dryer, so I didn't have to make trips out to the laundry mat. The office staff was friendly and helpful. The maintenance staff was right on top of things; getting work requests done right away. Plus I was close to all my shopping needs. Im trying to think what else I can say. My place was nice size especialy while i was waiting to get approved for my house. I really miss them they had all kinds od get togethers for us while i lived there i tried to make a few. Like the pool party, Playstation party, neighborhood watch,pizza night its was a great apartment expireance. Pros: great sevice great apartments more

This complex is nice on the outside, but not on the inside. The year we spent here was the worst experience in an apartment dwelling we have had. The maintenance staff are nice enough but they are never given any work orders to fix problems in your home. The manager is nice unless you have a problem.\r We had trash bin bunings, auto breakins, and teens that run the whole night, unattended. If you have childrenor just want anice place to live do not go to Marine Creek. Cons: bad neighborhood more
