First time message! \r Inconsiderate at all times! What customer service? Doesn't exist. For a place that charges what it does, you'f figure they bend over backwards to help you....

My husband and I have been with Marina Shores since the beginning and have seen the marina evolve into what it is today. Marina Shores is a place to relax with friends and family or dine at one of the notable restaurants. The boating experience is fantastic because even on a windy day, you can visit Broad Bay and not have to cancel your boating plans. The great improvements over the past two years keeps this marina at the top of our list. more

Best Marina 3/7/2011

Marina Shores has is all. I've always received great service from helpful and friendly staff who take special care of my boat. Surf Rider is a great place to meet friends and the pool is fun for us and the kids. There are lots of discounts for their members too. We look forward to summers at Marina Shores! more

Marina Shores is great 3/7/2011

Marina Shores outshined all of my expectations. They provided me with exceptional service and smiling faces everytime I came to get my boat out on the water. They always took care of my boat with the utmost care. The property is beatiful and there is always things to do, especially with my family. The onsight restaurants and pool provided us with a super relaxing day after fishing. I would highly recommend Marina Shores to anyone! more

It's home away from home! 3/2/2011

Marinia Shores has to be the premier marinia in Hampton Roads. It starts with an excellent staff that keeps it's members informed of upcoming events which includes members parties and live music. The restaurants and night life on site are top notch as well. The landscaping and bulkeads were redone last year and they have provided additional security measures (Gated boat community) to protect members property. So weather it's boating, sitting by the pool, dining or dancing, Marina Shores has it all. more

Can't Wait for Summer! 3/1/2011

My best memories are of Marina Shores in the summertime. There's nothing like launching my boat in the morning to go fishing. I spend all day on the water with friends and then come back to the marina for some awesome crabcakes at Surf Rider with a beer overlooking the water. It's my Sunday Funday for the entire summer. more

Awesome place to keep a boat with friends 5/14/2010

Everyone couldn't have been friendlier, the dockhands know your name, help with what ever you want like taking stuff down to your boat or getting you to a workrack. Surfrider has the best seafood and the tables are right at the water's edge. Kokoamos was packed and fun for a few drinks, the deck is huge. The changes are great around the marina. The best part is you can get there by bike cause it's right off the Va Bch bike path on Shore Dr. Pros: Friendly staff, beautiful new marina, great restaurants more

Terrible ""F"" 10/26/2008
