I thought I had found my new hometown pharmacy, for the rare occasions I need a prescription.
Came in today to just leave a refill request and they were crowded with a mom and four shrieking kids running amok with bags of candy, so I came back 30 minutes later. They were still crowded with the same bratty four kids with their mom, and apparently the kiddies were brought in just to buy candy and it took more than a half hour to guide them to exactly the right kind of crap they shouldn't be eating in the first place.
None of the employees were at all interested in even acknowledging people with medical or prescription issues, because, well, these brats were so much more intriguing to them. No one even approached me in any way, like to say ""wait a minute, be right with you,"" either time. Oh no. The first order of business is little hellions who are earning you a revenue of $0.03 per hour, each. You wouldn't want repeat customers paying up to $500/month per prescription now, would you? Silly, silly, old me. And yes, old people can be tech-savvy, sorry about that.
I couldn't get the clerk's attention, she was so entraptured by these screaming brats, so I left without leaving my refill. Did I mention they took up the entire staff's time for a half hour?! I have a difficult last name, so I can't seem to order it over the phone. I walked a half-hour to get there, and a half hour to get home, without my prescription. I'll bet the mom was driving some platinum-plated Lexus SUV and lives next door.
Guess I will try again tomorrow and then steer clear of this clown show forever once I can at least just get my refill.
Apparently they are the go-to drugstore for fibromialgia, whatever the heck that fake illness that could obviously be prevented by eating right and exercising is, so I'm sure they'll stay in business. I'll be going to the Ralph's pharmacy from now on, where people actually care about you.
Avoid this place. Unless you need sugar-fueled babysitting for an hour.
