At my sister's wedding, a huge rain storm delayed the outdoor ceremony for nearly an hour. Marilee kept everyone calm and got some fantastic photos of the guests and an even better one of my sister and I looking out a window as we watched the rain fall. Photos are one of the only things you will keep from your wedding - after the flowers have faded and the dress no longer fits - and it's worth it to find a truly gifted artist who understands this important day. There is a reason that she is so popular! She has a very sweet, easy-going personality and makes you feel comfortable (even beautiful!) while you are in front of the camera. She gave us our photos is in both digital and print format, plus the negatives are ours to keep. She caught so many little moments on film that we never would have gotten to see otherwise because the wedding day goes by so fast. She is especially good at catching cute moments with kids. I am SO glad that we decided to go with Marilee Langner as our wedding photographer this past June because our pictures are exactly what we wanted - a mix of black and white and color photojournalistic style pictures. The quality of the pictures is just gorgeous and we received everything we wanted and more. Her prices were reasonable as compared to other area photographers and she brought an assistant with her to the wedding so that gave her even more credibility in my opinion. more
