Go for a Chai Latte and Vegan Gelato! Mmmmmmm MMMMm 5/10/2012

We used to go to Aroma Coffee Shop in Studio City, until we found Marie Et Cie! They have some wonderful, healthy snack, and a great selection of quality coffee and tea. I personally LOVE the Chai Latte and of course, the gelato! Aroma Coffee is good too, but Marie Et. Cie is a step above. They are at the corner of Colfax/Riverside. There is convenient parking and lots of comfy tables, chairs, couches... Just an all around nice little place! They also have a unique gift shop in case you need a little something for someone special.... But, be sure to treat yourself while you shop --- you won't be disappointed! more

My favorite morning stop 8/4/2010

I love Marie et Cie. My sister introduced me to this coffee haven a few years back. I have made it part of my morning routine ever since. Coffee is awesome. Check. Good looking staff. Check. Friendly staff and owner. Check. Organic, delicious treats. Check. Lots of cozy couches to relax with friends. Check. more

Marie Et Cie - The Worst Coffee in Studio City 5/29/2009

This place has the worst coffee in Studio City/Valley Village. It's just the worst. There's a reason it's always so empty there and they're always trying to get customers to come in with signs all over the sidewalk, because everyone who has been there knows how bad the food and coffee is. Also the bathroom is through the store room. The owner is very rude and treats customers horribly. Pros: free internet Cons: bad coffee, horrible uncomfortable furniture, A-hole owner more

I love this place. I bought a really cool bookcase and some other nicknacks here and they also make an excellent white chocolate mocha! The people are all super nice and helpful. more

Great gifts...and coffee too. 8/10/2007

I love going here. It's a great place to find that perfect gift and you can get your coffee too. The have a great collection of cd's from European artists. The also have great cards. I used to buy some very unusual wrapping paper there, but it's been slim pickings lately. The manager guy is also very helpful in finding a good gift. Their prices are mediocre, but the quality is good. Oh yeah, did I mention that you can get a cup of coffee while you're there? Kinda cool!\r Pros: Good coffee and gift items Cons: Their parking lot can be a challange. more
