I order from Maria's nearly every week and I've never had a bad experience. Apparently, the owner was an accountant with a passion for cooking who decided he wanted out of the corporate world, so he opened Maria's as a labor of love and still does all the books, himself.\r

All of the delivery guys are sweethearts, including the owner himself who often delivers, and he prices are reasonable for such good quality ingredients.\r

I've had several subs and appetizers, which haven't disappointed, but their signature is their Greek style pizza (as opposed to Italian or New York style). The crust is AMAZING and their Greek #2 pizza with feta, garlic and spinach is heavenly!\r

I was sorry to leave my last apartment in Somerville, thinking Arlington wouldn't have pizza as good as my local place there had been. Boy was I wrong! This place wins, hands down. =)
