birthday cake disaster 5/9/2009

we ordered a b-day cake,the cake was paper thin,and tasted like it was 3 months old, not moist at all. it was crumy like cornbread. need to take lesson on baking before starting a business. Pros: icing was okay Cons: tasted like cornbread more
