My wife and I have been customers at Mari Lou's for over 15 years now, probably closer to 20 years. It is easy to recall the time frame, because we had Mari Lou design and create special rings for our 25th wedding anniversary, and we recently celebrated our 40th anniversary this past summer. Last year, we spent many hours with Mari Lou and her staff designing a new engagement ring for my wife, incorporating both her original diamond and her mom's diamond into a unique ring which was a combination of three styles we saw in the ring cases. \r Whether it is specialty purchases, or daily events like replacing batteries in watches, the staff at Mari Lous has always been courteous and considerate. The entire staff, Mari Lou, Dianna, Jeannie, Shirley, Carrie and others are always a pleasure to work with. Regardless of the amount we are spending on a visit, or even if we just stop in to 'window shop', the staff is always pleasant and considerate in showing merchandise and discussing pricing, without being 'pushy' to create sales. \r As the husband, it is nice that my wife can go in, browse around, and leave a 'wish list' of items she is interested in. It makes shopping for special events much easier knowing you are purchasing something your wife has an interest in. \r We have confidently recommended Mari Lou's to both family and friends, who have thanked us for the recommendation. \r As with any business, the consumer is responsible for shopping for and purchasing what they want/need.
