Purchased $1400 worth of trees and planting services in May 2007. Mid- June, it became apparent that 4 large branches of the 3"" Tulip Tree were dead. After THREE calls someone came out a confirmed that part of the tree was dead. Not to worry I was told ""He will take care of you"". \r
Mid-May 2008 started calling to have someone come check this sorry Tulip Tree---FIVE CALLS later still nothing--no phone calls, no service call---NOTHING!! We hear nothing. Margolis absolutely fails in customer service. Perhaps $1414.42 is small potatoes to Margolis, but to us it was a considerable expense. \r
We cannot recommend Margolis based on their disregard for their customer.\r

Pros: Good service recommending trees and selling. Planting when scheduled and cleaned up well.
Cons: customer service after planting was terrible. Multiple calls went unanswered. Customer service is non- existent after they plant.
