I went in for my daughter's first b'day to see about making a teapot birthday cake. They didn't have a cake pan for it but they made lots of suggestions and helped us find everything we'd need to make the cake, frost it, decorate it - you name it. We even rented the pan for $2 so we wouldn't have to spend so much $$ buying everything we needed. The cake turned out beautifully. We actually made a 'trial' cake a week before the party to see if we'd be able to do it. We succeeded and the night before her party, my husband and I were up till 4am putting tiny little frosting rosettes on my daughter's cake. I couldn't have asked for a more perfect cake store! They were helpful, the price was right and the service was absolutely impeccable! more

Great prices and service! 7/28/2006

Margie's has the best prices on tiaras, veils, jewelry and other wedding accessories. The service is very good...employees very helpful. They also do their own engraving on their items now too. It is located in RIVERVIEW, MI 48193 between Sibley and Pennsylvania roads. NOT Trenton, Wyandotte, or River Rouge!! more

Any kind of supplies you will need 8/19/2005

Margies carries just about anything you would need to decorate a cake or make candy. She also sells already made icing that is wonderful tasting. Her prices are reasonable also. She also has a section that is dedicated for weddings. She sells cake tops and favors along with any supplies. There are also Unity Candles and Ring bearer pillows. more
