She is very thorough and good at what she does. However, she does not talk to you or explain what is going on or give instructions for later on.

They make you feel like family and they even gave my husband a wonderful pound cake for his birthday appointment! So be sure to schedule a birthday appointment! hahahaha! They're wonderful! I love them all! Thanks for the best dental treatment ever! :) more

EXCELLENT SERVICE AND CARE 5/31/2011

Dr. Pippin, and her staff are the most professional, knowledgable, and friendly dental staff that I have ever encountered. Within the past year, I literally have been to three different dentist. After the exam, I did not go back because of the lack of professionalism, and or knowledge. Dr. Pippin's office is 40 minutes away, in another city; but for me, it is well worth the drive. I really feel secure about putting my dental health in their hands. more

The staff was friendly and took time with me to answer any concerns and questions. I felt like they cared and weren't trying to rush me through to get to other patients. I appreciate the attention they gave to me and my needs. more

Very friendly and clean! 5/20/2011

My visit went really well. I had an early morning appt. and only waited about 10 minutes. They were prompt and very, very friendly and personable. Dr. Pippin took her time with me and even explained things in depth. I got the sense that they truly care about customer service and the patients' well being. I actually enjoyed my visit! more

I received wonderful service today at my first appointment. Margaret Pippin and her staff where so friendly. I did not have to wait to be seen and everything was thoroughly explained to me. I can not say enough good things about my visit. This dental office was recommended to me by a co worker and they met and exceeded my expectations! more

my experience with lenia was a ### 10! . im very upset that i was told to go to the dentist that is doing my crown. this is the first dental work other than a small filling ive needed in 10 years. im going to someone else as it is being done free and @ this time i needed to do that. i would have done other restoritive in the future with dr. p . as far as the broken appt i was ill wasnt sure if it was marsa and was concernened as i had a fever. with ms there are days when u cant drive or are to ill. doesnt happen often but i was ill. so being charged a 40.00 broken appt. is bothersome. i regret being told to elsewhere because ive been referring to lenia and your office as she is one of the best hygeine people ive experienced. i know several dentist who know about ms and work with their patients and i will seek their services as per dr. p more

Crown work 4/27/2011

I liked the new single tooth numbing system, compared to the old way of numbing your whole jaw. The office staff is very friendly and Dr. Pippin is very personable and seems to enjoy her work. more
