I went to the North Ohmstead store today 10/09/09@ 3-4PM while I stood in line to check out for 10 minutes. Cashier told me that his registered is closing and told me that his manager switching him to register 6. I went to register 6 and waited for him to come to register 6 to assist me since every other register had betwe2-4 people in line. Manager came over and told me that NO ONE IS coming on register 6 and I need to go back to previous register to check out, after confirming with him that he DID tell me to go to register 6, and sure SHE COULD NOT check me out since it is HER register and I WAS NOT AN EMPLOYEE. I was extermely offended by RUDENESS OF MANAGER and total CARELESSNESS about her customers. It took me about 15-20 minutes between patiently waiting in both registers and moving my items onto the belt and then just be told that NO ONE WILL HELP ME UNLESS I MOVE? I am sorry but I thought I was the customer not cashier or manager. WHO WOULD EVER GO TO THE STORE TO BE SHUFFLED AROUND AND NEVER GET SERVED?? I
