Worst

Marcinda Kennels is disgusting. The place smells so terrible! Pros: none. Cons: Smelly, dirty, no water available to my dog. Waste on the kennel floor.

Marcinda Kennels came highly recommended from our neighbor. This was the first time we have boarded our dog and were nervous about leaving her. The gentleman that checked us in was very patient and understood that Hollie is a member of our family. He assisted me with carrying her bed, toys and food into her kennel, which she willingly entered. When I returned a few days later to pick her up, she was excited to see me. Her kennel was kept clean and her bedding was dry. I was very pleased with the size of the enclosure and way Hollie was treated. I will definitely recommend Marcinda Kennels to my friends and family with pets. more

Friendly service 6/10/2008

I've been using Marcinda Kennels scince the late 90's I have brought breeds of animals that other facilitys won't board Pits and Rotwillers. My dogs have been treated with care they had a very large run a bed and or crate was provided heat lamps also provided. I was asked for shot verification one of my dogs is under meds they were givin to daily I had brought bedding that was changed. I've been Very happy the customer service was great I was alowed some afterhour pick ups. more

Marcinda Kennels goes out of its way to satisfy its customers and take care of the needs of their pets. Customer concerns are treated with respect and dignity. The dogs, cats, birds etc are treated as their guests. The kennels are the biggest around at 30 ft long (1/2 in the building and 1/2 outside the building.)Lots of room to play. The dog's sleeping area is kept warm with a heat lamp in cold weather. Each dog is visited for play and ""ear scratching."" You may bring familiar toys and blankets--whatever to make your pet comfortable. more
