This was our first stay in Crested Butte. It was definitely worth the trip. We usually go out to eat once or twice in a week, so picking the right place is extremely important. We were going to head over to the wooden nickel, but after hearing about their tendency to ""nickel-and-dime you to death"" I decided to do a little more investigating. After reading the reviews to the GN I decided this would be a place worth checking out.
Pros: Food and service make this place. The head chef is there most every night. He's also the owner.
Cons: This place is tiny, so make a reservation. It's also a little hard to find if you're walking. Hint: It's at the end of 3rd st. on the right.
