THE WORST I HAVE COME ACROSS... 12/14/2010

After going there with the promise of their advertisement of "WE BUY GOLD AND DIAMONDS FOR CASH HIGHEST PAYOUT IN METROPLEX" I went in and showed them a diamond engagement I was looking to sell (I had with me a recent appraisal with a value of $10,250) they offered me $1000 or $2500 in store credit by the owner! I have never come across such absolute crooks in my entire life! This is what i imagine a pawn shop to be! Thank God i'm not desperate enough to be taken advantage of by such people! I can only imagine what they say the value of their own products are compared to what they are worth as he told me they only give wholesale value on buying the jewelry, as if he makes 90% profit on all his jewelry!!Watch out and make sure what you are buying is truly worth what you are paying for it. more

They treat me so well everytime I visit 12/14/2010

I love the way every single sales person treats me here, i feel really pampered...though i have purshased my jewelry 4 months back but whenever i drop in, they clean my jewelry & check my diamonds and take care of me to the fullest....they are so hospitable they always offer me beer & wine...i am so glad that i purchased my diamond bracelet and my sons watch from them..i will surely recommend them to everybody.... more

I have been doing business with Marc Samuel Jewelers for about a year. I have enjoyed doing business there and feel that I have gotten great value for my money. Their staff is always courteous and attentive. I have received free battery changes and they have convenient 24 month no interest loans. I can count on Marc Samuel to have remarkable deals and plenty of interesting items to consider. more

Business ethics is a the key to the equation of success and It was a great pleasure to find that in today's world. I am a jewelry lover and have spent most of my income buying jewelry from all around the world. I feel I made a mistake going around the world after making my first purchase At Marc Samules. The key to the matter is getting a deal and DEAL is what I got. I walked into many stores before Marc Samuels and saw the same notion of sales pitch and convincing tactics but at Marc Samuels I was told "sir this exensive watch does not look good on you try this one it's almost the same look and a lot cheaper". I am a business owner and I notice things at other business's and the one thing I noticed was that every customer was treated the same regardless of color, race or age. I got a follow up call to make sure I was happy with my purchase and if I had any suggestions for them. I did suggest them to stay in business with the low prices they were offering, it was better than anyone online or instore had offered and also to serve beer while shopping. more

Really hard to turst someone when buying a preowned rolex.Just have to take the jewelers word for it ,i had been to alot of glod and silver exchanges cuz they advertise bout the pre owned rolex watches.My expereince with Asa the manger at Marc Samuels jewelers was very comforting and warm he expalined to me bout the after market bezel instead of a factory direct bezel and dial from rolex and the price difference.With their 24months no intrest plan it made my purchase very simple and easy.Highly recommend visiting them b4 making your next fine jewelery,diamond,watch purchase. more

My husband and I purchased our wedding rings at Marc Samuels jewelers. Marc, the owner of the store, is an extremely laid back guy. He is dedicated to making sure that your purchase is made with class, no matter how much you make. He offers his customers beer and wine, and it makes the buying process that much more enjoyable. The sales reps there do not work off commission, and they all make sure you are served well. We told them the kind of ring we wanted, and our price ceiling, and they did not try to sell anything to us over that amount, which I really respected. Marc has created a unique buying experience and I will remember it always. more

I play for dallas cowboys been to both grapevine and frisco locations they got the best stuff in the league ..... I would definitley refer my teammates to Ali and his Brother.I would want the true Dallas cowboy fans to go and visit em so that they can get the best deals @ Marc samuels jewelers.Their stuff is nice certified with warranty and all the rest of good stuff.Mention this review from your favorite ball player #43 and they will give u some extra discount !!!!! more

LOVED IT!!! 9/28/2010

We had our diamond inherited to me from my grandmother so we were very spectacular about taking to a jeweler we trust.We went to Marc samuels jewelers in frisco and worked with them on custom.They have a three step custom where we design our own piece,then they show us a wax and then the final product.Their staff specially Natalie is a custom designer came up with really good ideas,WE LOVED IT !!! more
