Well,I really love their ice-cream. I never liked this old lady who works there.She is very rude and talks with an annoying voice..But the last time I went there to get ice-cream, there was a young pretty lady who was working..She was really nice and was really sweet..She was very patient then that old lady. more

good ice cream, no english 4/22/2011

I just finished a nice work out and went to marble slab to enjoy some ice cream. When i arrived i wasn't expecting the ice cream prices to be so steep. Also as i was trying to communicate what i would like, most of the employees couldn't speak english very well and it took awhile to communicate what i wanted. Overall the ice cream was good but not for the price and the service wasn't to bad, but would of been a lot smoother if the employees spoke a little better english. more

Terrible Service, high prices 4/25/2009

This location lacks quality service. I asked an employee the price of two of their 'tasty creations', and he had to ask his manager; his manager then told me to figure it out for myself. I did. A single scoop of ice cream costs $3.10; to add a drizzle of syrup, try $3.99. For a few sprinkles, expect $4.88; to mix in an Oreo, it's $5.77. Bring your wife and two kids, and after tax, you'll have paid $25.00 for ice cream. I cannot recommend this place to anybody in good conscience. Worst Service!! 12/20/2008

I love Ice-cream, always liked Marble Slab. But this has been the worst service I have got in any ice-cream parlor I have been to. The ladies who serve are extremely rude. Behave as if we are ordering ice-cream for free. They use abusive words in Hindi ( I know it since I can understand the language) ,which is definitely not fair. \r \r Pros: Good Ice cream Cons: BAD BAD SERVICE! more

good ice cream, worst service. 7/29/2008

marble slab ice cream has always been good, but the service isnt good at all. to sample flavors the lady scoops up a miniscule amount of ice from the side so you cant taste the ice cream and its all ice. the staff conveys a strong message that they dont want to serve you, and when they have to, they put minimal amounts of toppings. the lady filled the scoop up for chocolate chips 4 times to get less and less so that it was barely acceptable. if you want good service, go across the street to ben and jerrys, these people obviously dont want your business.
