Maranatha Physical Therapy

I feel obligated to share my experience at this facility. I have chronic back pain and the relief of physical therapy. I don't like the owners method of treatment or her bedside manner but the heating pads did help when she left them on long enough. Knowing this womans history of instability it was on surprise to me when she told me I was done despite my continued chronic back pain. She had no explanation as to why she would drop a patient while they still needed treatment. I have also questioned her on some overbilling problems. I'm not telling anyone not to go there. I'm just saying from my experience I would not recommend her but you have to decide for yourself. Since the owner saw it fit to right her own review I hope she was at least honest. She states in her review that people speak highly of the treatment they receive. I don't know about that but I hope this is true and not just for her own personal gain. If she is telling the truth then maybe she's just for some people and not for everybody. You be the judge. more

I have also been to this Physical Therapist and have had issues after I was treated. The office staff are very friendly and helpful.Infact, I have found all but one to be friendly and caring. The only one I have heard anyone having a problem with is the head Therapist and owner. I guess it depends on who you encounter at this place that makes for a good visit or a bad one. Maranatha Physical Therapy is a local health center which makes health and wellness a memorable experience. The owner and staff treat people with dignity and respect while offering holistic care; you are treated like family here and that makes it easy to address physical problems and to maintain your physical health. As a patron of this facility, I am sad to see the previous slanderous statements which were posted to this site. It is obvious to see in both messages- because of the misspelled words, poor grammar, fragmented sentences, and overall misdirected structure- that the authors of these messages is the same person. Everyone I know who has frequented and continues to frequent this establishment speaks highly of the professional and personable treatment they receive. I believe that the author of these venomous attacks was a former employer who was released because of questionable performance. I pray that this person realizes the implications of such slanderous attacks and I hope that the ongoing investigation brings the person into the light. Also, I wish this person peace, because such negative and hurtful feelings do damage to the bearer of such feelings, as well as to the recipient. more

this thepapist has life issues. everytime you go to her she has to cry and whine about her poor sad life. she puts more effort into her stories than she does her patients. she needs to get over it. bring your crying towel. Pros: ? Cons: cry cry cry more

As I tell everyone I meet how the head therapist and owner of Maranatha hurt me badly during treatment I find out how many people have gone to this place and had the same bad experience.This person can cause you more pain than nessessary. I wonder if she even knows what she is doing. Just because she has a licence does not mean she is treating you right, it just means she completed the coarse as expected. Then she goes on her own and does whatever she wants even if it's wrong. I have reported how she hurt me to my doctors and they told me she was wrong, it shouldn't have caused lasting pain that I still suffer from. My doctors told me if she knew what she was doing I would have gotten up from treatment feeling relief not pain. I guess it is my fault since I was warned to watch out for her before I started going to her. I just had to see for myself and now I'm paying the price for trusting this woman. To all who warned me, I'm sorry I didn't listen. REALLY SORRY! To all the people injured by this womans hands, we should get together and start a support group. Since I know more people than I care to mention I hear things. When I bring up Maranatha, not only do I find more people she has hurt, I also hear people say how they have caught her charging their insurance companies for things she didn't even do. There are MANY people out there not happy with this place. If you go there, keep track of what she does and check with your insurance company so you don't get robbed too. It is up to you but PLEASE be careful. She's a good con-artist. more
