Maple Valley Kindercare

We were trying to enroll our grandchilderen in this particular Kindercare and the director was so rude, she clearly has job burn out or something. My daughter-in-law and I were both on the orientation it was only myself my daughter in law and the Director, and we were asked a question which my daughterin law had no answer to and I tried to answer (the grandchildren reside with us.) and she interupted me ands said she did not want to talk to me she only wanted to talk to the parent,( mind you daughter in law did not know) So I tried to explain again that the daughter in law did not know and she interupted me again and said she did not want to talk to me. I was stunned felt so disrespected. We ended up taking our business else where. more

I have very much enjoyed this site, not only do staff focus on basic needs but seem apart of the family. Actually I have never been so pleasently suprised.. more

If you want your kids to feel persecuted and isolated - this is the place for you. Would not recommend on it's best day. Current director needs to be replaced and entire staff needs to be better trained. This is not a place for happy kids! If your child has special needs - you'd better just keep on going and look elsewhere. Unsuportive staff and director. more
