Worst

I was not super impressed with the "friendly" customer service received. The experience wasn't all that professional and I wondered what was going to happen to my car.

Fast and Curtious! 11/25/2011

The day before Thanksgiving, I had gone to an evening Class and came out to discover 2 flat tires - with multiple screws imbedded in them. I must have run over something in the road way. I have AAA but they were so busy and unable to get to me until 11:30PM that they said I could call another company to toe. I called Pro Tow,who arrived with in 1/2 hour and they took my car to there shop in Maple Valley; then took me safely to my destination. I knew I would be needing new tires soon, just not this soon so the next morning arrangements wre made to get a new set of tires on. Their price installed beat out both of the two biggest local competitors and they offered to stay late to get them on so I could have my car for Thanksgiving day. Exceptional Customer Experience 10/19/2011

I have owened various vehicles since 1984 and had my share of experiences in repair facilities. This was by far the best experience I have every had. The were professional, courtious and very knowledgeable. They gave the vehicle a complete look beyond the problem I brought it in for and advised the results. They actually advised me that I didn't need something that I had asked for. They exude trust and have the customer's interest and wallet in mind. Outstanding! more

First Time Customer 9/27/2011

Friendly staff, did through exam of vehicle found everything I expected them to find. I had been keeping track of dealer comments on future maintance so was pleased when Motorplex was in line with dealer suggestions. Was impressed enough to schedule repair of most of what was suggested by Motorplex. Vehicle info. box on Motorplex web Site: truck used as a second car and farm work vehicle so it realy has only 51,696 miles on it not the 300,000 miles plus your computer estimated!!!!! Thank you!!!! more

Great place to take your car to 8/18/2011

These guys are great! I took my Chevy in because the check engine light came on. Instead of them telling me I needed to replace a stuck valve they said they couldn't duplicate it and I could choose to replace it now or wait until it did it again. Changed my oil and checked everything else out! Honest and good customer service! more

Motorplex took excellent care of me and my motorhome 8/13/2011

A year ago this month, Motorplex took excellent care of me from the towing of my motorhome to replacing the transmission at the lowest cost they could find, and they called and researched this to get me the best deal. I stayed in my motorhome with 3 dogs overnight on their property behind locked gates for my security. I was very upset and scared when my motorhome broke down on the freeway. My insurance company called for a tow truck and this is how I ended up at Motorplex. The owner and staff treated me like family and when I had to wait until 10:30pm for my husband to drive over and pick me and the dogs up, Everyone at motorplex checked on me and made sure I was safe. Great Business and wonderful people. more

Hi Guys - Da windmobile is working great - Shaka 6/26/2011

Just spent 4 days in the Wenatchee area, windsurfing, white water rafting, and rock climbing. The new diff bearings, axles etc performed flawlesly !!! AND it sure is quiet...the stereo plays well now. !!! Thanks again to John for all his hard work, Bruce and crew for coordination. Off to the Gorge in two weeks......rock-n-roll. Dr. Wind more

Never a complaint with their service or front counter personnel. Keith even went above and beyond to give me pointers on changing the timing chain in our 1982 Club Wagon (rest its soul). Of course, being short walking distance from home doesn't hurt! more
