They always seem to get me in at the last minute. I also really appreciate the feedback we recieve about other random items with our car . We go in for an oil change and learn about many other aspects of the maintenance of our car. more

Maple grove Auto Service personnel are courteous and knowledgeable. Their pricing is reasonable for the great quality work they do. Since I operated my own auto repair facility for 8 years before I changed careers, so I believe that I am probably one of their more auto knowledgeable customers and I judge them by very high standards. I have been a custom of theirs for more than 10 years and have never been disappointed. more

The only place I service my car! 3/8/2015

We discovered Maple Grove Auto 8 years ago. Every time we bring our cars there they are friendly, honest with fair prices. They take the time to answer questions and never try to over sell like at dealerships. Clean waiting room. On time for appointment. I reccommend them to all my friends. more

Tire talk 2/25/2015

Tire pressure indicator was on. Front tire seemed low - adding air did not seem to help or hold. Called MG auto. They squeezed us in and found the problem getting us out of their in short order. Appreciated them taking care of issue. Tire would have been flat by morning and then we would have had other problems. more

Good Communication, good work. 2/25/2015

My car was towed in on Sayrday night, I spoke with Mark Monday and told me a mechanic would be looking at it that day. Eric, my mechanic, called Monday afternoon after dianosing the problem and didn't think my car would be ready till Thursday because of parts availability. He called back Tuesday, my car ready and it's now running like top. more

The folks at Maple Grove Auto are great to work with. I dropped my car off on the evening before my appointment and received a courtesy car to use while my vehicle was repaired. The repairs were completed timely. I have been a customer for over 20 years and have always been completely satisfied. more

Friendly, Quick, Knowledgeable 2/3/2015

Brought my 2006 Trailblazer in for service. Not only did Eric explain to me what issue my SUV was experiencing, but he also took the time for me to understand what needs to be done, and what should be done in the upcoming future. I explained that I needed my vehicle back by a certain time and not only did he make it before my "deadline", him and his crew beat it by a few hours. Thanks for the help and I will be back for more scheduled maintenance in the near future. more
