I will NEVER recommend anyone to use Manville Water if they have a choice. We have been a customer of theirs for over eleven years with very few late payments of only a few days. They implemented a new process to penalize late customers with a fee of $60 and they lock their water meter. \r

Unbelieveable that there was not even the option of a one time exception to the $60 fee when my water was turned off today. I can understand if someone has a bad record and history with this company. I went up two levels of supervisors and there was absolutely no understanding of our situation. It is like it did not even matter that I am a loyal customer. I am treated just as if I have this horrible record. They confirmed that I have hardly ever been late in eleven years.\r

Extremely disappointed. Be prepared that if you sign up with Manville Water, eventually you will pay $60 extra. They told me today they locked so many meters due to late payment of approximately just two weeks. They have around 4,000 customers and turned off 115 today - 3% of their business.
