Honesty Wins the Day 6/5/2014

Larry is very honest. We brought him a car that needed a lot of expensive work and were not sure whether it would make sense since the car was a 99 Corolla with 212,000+ miles on it. When Larry said it was not in our best interest to do the work, which was the conclusion our family had come to overnight, I felt like we had made the right decision. We had switched to Mansfield Auto Care six months ago and I am very happy with the workmanship and service all the employees give customers! more

Larry and his crew have been taking care of my cars for more than 20 years...and he took care of my parents' cars before that. He is honest, knowledgeable and fair. He would never recommend something that is not necessary. He explains what needs to be done and why and he will give all options. He accommodates my schedule and his prices are fair...I would trust him to maintain my heliocopter, if I had one! more

I bought my car in for service this week. As always I had a good experience at Mansfield Auto Care. You check in with the car, say what you want to, then leave it with them. They called me the next morning, earlier than expected, to say the car was ready. When I picked it up, I told Joel that we have a good, reliable neighborhood garage -- and he is it! more
