A couple months ago,Sue Kay, the former president of the association was investigated by one of the unit and found to be a felon. She was reported to the BDPR, and had no aternative but to turn in her resignation. Not only is she a felon, she owns at least five condominiums, (four of which were foreclosures) and up until the time she resigned she was delinquent on all of them. More interestingly, the title company she used with the transaction of obtaining these units is owned by the lawyer who represent the condo association.
The management company nor the lawyer for the condo did not do their job in ensuring that the unit owners have a legit person representing them as president.
This is just the tip of the iceberg. It's a mess!!
