Our Grandma was transferred here from another nursing home (after she was dropped) and she was treated so kindly by the staff. I think they felt sorry for her after they heard about the abuse at the hands of the other home's staff... :-( She did have a roommate that was slightly confused and bothered her quite a bit, but the staff took care of that promptly by having a talk with the roommate. It was handled very professionally and with compassion. The food was okay- nothing spectacular, about what you'd expect from a large facility like a nursing home. They do have a big room for family visits and they made sure we all were comfortable during Grandma's final days. When she did die, they didn't rush us out, they were very accomodating and let us find closure in the moment. All-in-all a nice place.
