There is not a star rating low enough for this place. This is by far, the worst place I have ever lived. The management..if you can call it that..is rude and condescending at best. They treat you like a 3rd grade drop out when in fact many of us are educated, just down on our luck due to divorce or job loss. There are parties and even if the police are called, nothing is done to the tenants. And they won't let YOU own a pet, but everyone else can. The maintenance will illegally enter your apartment when you are not home (or think you are not home) under the guise of maintenance needed when indeed none has been scheduled. If you can afford ANYTHING else go there, if not, get a roommate and live somewhere else...ANYWHERE else!! I'm so glad to be out of there. I lived in these apts for over a yr with my young child and i have never been treated so poorly by management before as i was here. These people are crooks and slum-lords and will tell you anything you want to hear untill they have you in a legally binding contract. I have never in my life written reviews online but I actually feel thati have an obligation to others to let you know about this place. I would b happy to share more if intrested. Pros: Looks and sounds good to single parents and people on government housing Cons: Everything! more
