He and his team of professionals have always provided top notch service in our time of need. From filing claims to dealing with paperwork, all transactions have always been dealt with in a timely, professional manner. I cannot thank Carlos and his staff enough for the wonderful service we have received over the years. Our family and friends use Carlos for his services as well and are very pleased with him too. Carlos just isn't looking at making your transaction possible.....he is looking at building that long term commitment with you to take care of you and your family. State Farm is an Insurance Company you can count on and Carlos Acosta is the best agent you could ask for! more

nd I have always appreciated the attentive service I've received from him and his staff. Recently, my neighborhood's flood zone status changed from high to low risk, and Carlos personally took care of the many steps necessary for me to receive the same quality flood insurance coverage at a substantially reduced rate. In fact, many steps is an understatement! Just another example of the peace of mind we have, knowing that he is looking out for our best interests. more

Great Insurance Agency 5/17/2011

Carlos and his crew are very professional, responsive and puts forth the extra effort for his clients. I recently moved and needed to convert my homeowners policy for a rental policy. Carlos did some research and was able to get a me a refund for several years based upon a policy that had been originated with another State Farm Agent. I would highly recommend Carlos and his agency. more

Carlos, has been an excellent agent and I have been a client of his since he first opened. I can honestly say that his office is one of the few places where I actually get genuine customer service with a smile. Most other places I get services from could learn a lot from Carlos's Agency. The world would be a better place with more quality service providers in it like the team in Carlos's office. What a pleasure to deal with, and a genuinely nice guy. If you need something insurance related, give him a try for a can't miss great experience, I'm happy that I did. more

State Farm Staff are the very BEST!! My claim was processed immeadiatly , there was a sense of urgency do to the fact it was an appliance that was in need of replacement (refrigerator). Carlos makes filing a claim so easy! very happy 3/16/2011

While I don't like getting my car dinged in parking lots by anonymous drivers, I do LOVE the fact that the process of filing a claim with State Farm and Carlos Acosta it is incredibly easy, and takes the complicated RIGHT out of auto claims! Thank you so much! I am an incredibly busy Mom, and the ease of just making one phone call and getting the claim under way in just that phone call was such a time saver. more

Very pleased experience 11/22/2010

My experience with Carlos’ insurance agency was very good. They were very good at returning calls ASAP and were very pleasant. They called me 2 days after the field rep was here and explained the whole process of issuing the insurance claim and check. I am very satisfied at their promptness and how they value my time as a customer. more

Mike Kelty stays competetive even when you aren't looking 8/6/2009

I've had my car insurance with Mike for a while, and when I got married my wife had another insurance. I was ready to leave State Farm for a better price... but I couldn't find one.. they've kept me at a good price and give loyalty discounts. Thanks Mike! more

Mike Kelty Insurance 8/3/2009

I have used Mike Kelty as my State Farm insurance agent since the early 70's for all my fire and casualty insurance needs: homeowners insurance, personal property and auto insurance and found him to be superior. All my claims and insurance changes over the years have been serviced in an excellent manner. All personnel I have worked with have been knowledgeable and able to process my concerns quickly. Mike is a good friend to have in time of crisis or just routine insurance needs. more

Took care of everything 5/5/2006

When I found out we had to move to California, I was worried about the outrageous Insurance rates. After talking to Carlos at State Farm, he assured me that State Farm is loyal to their customers and my rates did not go up that much afterall. more
