Read excess charges carefully for cataract eye surgery labelled cosmetic for medicare purposes. Both the Doctor and the Surgery Center will each charge you $875.00 for services not covered by Medicare. Not sure I'd agree this Doctor properly communicates these extra charges adequately to patients. more
