I was blown away by the service back in 2008 when I first visited from the UK. Went again fall 2013 and glad to see service is still brilliant.

I made a appointment on their website, I did not have to wait too long when I arrived and Dr.Chin was really helpful, after the exam I choose a frame and the guy that helped me out was really helpful and nice... I was about to order my frames online but found really good ones in the store. I got my glasses the next day and im pretty content with the service, will definitely go back and recommend to friends. I can't believe I used to go to places like lenscrafter etc..... more

Great Experience 4/24/2012

Dr. Chin was so comprehensive & helpful. She showed me the new & different types of contact lenses available for those with really bad astigmatism- goodbye frequency toric 55s! I also appreciated the follow up appointment to make sure my contacts fit properly & were comfortable. The staff is so helpful, the prices are affordable (they credit your examination fee towards the cost of your glasses/contacts), & they are super fast in ordering/receiving contacts. I highly recommend going there! more

I was amazed at the service and the friendliness of both OD's . I left there with more saline solution for the next five years and they fixed my glasses in less then an hour. thank you! more

Fantastic 3/31/2012

I scheduled a DMV license renewal eye test online as it was in my neighborhood. They were really nice and super helpful. Even gave me a free reading glasses case as I had left mine on the plane. I will definitely go back there for all my optical needs. Excellent service, thank you!! more

Went in for an eye exam for glasses and it couldn't have went smoother. I had an 12:00pm appointment and got there a little earlier and was examined almost immediately once I stepped through the front door. Dr. Chin was very thorough and open to any questions. Once the exam was through came the daunting task of selecting a pair of frames of which they have many. The associates that work there are very helpful and I came out with a really affordable pair of glasses. Will definitely go back. more

Same same 11/4/2005

It's the average store and doesn't stand out in anyway compared to other glasses stores. Prices are good if you have insurance. They are nice people that are not only out for your money but their aim is towards good customer relation so you will return in the future. Its location in Chinatown is good, get your eyes checked, then go out do some grocery shopping and come back to get your glasses. You can always go back to get your glasses adjusted. more
