The first time I took a white suit to Mango Clearners, it came back with a little tag saying ""We're sorry..... remaining spots cannot be removed"" and offering to donate the clothing to someone who needs it. The spot was small and the outfit still wearable, so it let it go. This week, I got back a black and white dress with the same tag. There was no spot -- every bit of the white trim around the neck, down the front, and on the pockets was BROWN. They charged me to ruin a simple polyester and rayon dress and then offered to donate it for me! If I took it back, I suspect they would return it to white and sell it.
Cons: Can't handle white
