My organization has been dealing with Manara Travel for over 5 years now. They are by far the best wholesale ticketing agency in the Metro Detroit area. The executives in my organization routinely require complex travel arrangements and Manara gives us better prices than we can find anywhere on the internet. Just last week I had to fly from Detroit to Amman to Kuala Lumpur and back to Detroit all within 10 days whew. My company budgeted over $5000 for this sort of killer business trip - based on internet prices. Manara was able to get the entire roundtrip ticket for about $3000. Now when you're in a startup company like me that is the kind of savings that can really impact your bottom line. Keep up the good work Manara! more

This was my time going to Hajj and i chose to take my entire family - wife and 2 kids. They're prices are some of the lowest that I found in the U.S. Manara's staff was very helpful and honest. They arranged for meet and assist and transportation throughout my trip. They even gave me literature on the different Hajj rituals! I recommend Manara for anyone who wants to get great value for their money. more

Seriously There are many agencies out there do yourself a favor and stay far far way from this one. They royally screwed up our tickets - basically made us arrive in amman at 1030 when our JFK flight was to leave at 1030 said they couldn't change it etc..etcc.. and we were stuck in amman for 3 days until somone at royal jordanian felt sorry for us and helped out. I called them severla times no one would help me out on the tickets they charged over 5k for. Pros: just don't book with them! Cons: They LIE AND STEAL you will be stuck in amman or abu dhabi more

My parents used this travel agency for a trip to Saudi Arabia to perform the Hajj pilgrimage. This travel agency and it's members provided the most awful service to my parents. The hotels they were booked to stay in were oversold and my parents had to be shuffled around from hotel to hotel until they found a room. One of the tour buses they were on in the desert broke down and my parents (who are in their 60's) had to walk 6 hours on a Saudi highway, with others who were stranded - to get to their destination. Their tour operator was never available by phone and did not even give my parents their passports to return to the U.S. until 2 hours before their departure flight. My parents paid $13,000.00 for this trip-and received the most awful service. Please do not use this agency for your Hajj trip. Cons: Horrible customer service more

As a close friend of the owner and CEO Manara Travel I can say that the prior review is completely false. Ashraf Zaim's only affiliation with Manara Travel was the short stint in which he was the head of IT. Zaim's indictment on tax evasion had nothing to do with Manara Travel, nowhere in the 11 page indictment does it say ANYTHING about Manara Travel or the owner Maher Mattan. Zaim's business was named AZ Travel & Services and it was not even in Dearborn, MI it was based in Toledo, OH. Manara Travel agency has been a pleasure to work with and our company will continue to do business with them in the future. more
