Mane Street Hair

I read the reviews given and decided to give it a try. I'm from Boston's northshore, so a little nervous about going to this salon. Joan cut, colored and styled my hair. When I first left I wasn't sure I liked it. A week later, I have to say it is the best hair cut I have ever gotten!!! The prices are higher than those north of Boston, but well worth it! I will be sure to go back! more

Recently moved here from Michigan,and was scared out of my mind to get my hair done down here, being as though I've gotten my hair done by the same person since I was 7!!! So I decided to give this salon a shot since it's only 10 min. from my house. I got an appointment with Sarah... OMG BEST STYLIST EVER!!!! I would NEVER go to any other person... my hair was absolutly perfect EXACTLY what I wanted and she is SOOOO friendly!! If you'r looking for a great place to get your hair done and have good conversation call Mane Street Hair and ask for Sarah she's great, my mom, aunt, and Grandma go to her also... she works great with short and long hair my whole family has short hair escept me!!! And all of our hair looks fabulous! Pros: Very Friendly Staff Cons: ...ummm none more

This salon was awesome!! I found them on CitySearch. Read the good reviews. Got an appointment quickly. Saw Joan who was awesome. I had gotten a bad haircut and Joan fixed it!! Nice atmosphere. Low key and prices were great!! Joan is my new hairstylist!! more

I have lived in Cary and Apex for about 3 years and recently moved to Holly Springs....until today I have not found a place where I can get my hair done and actually enjoy the cut and style! I have never walked out of a salon enjoying what they did to my hair until today! EVERYONE was very friendly, conversation started up just as if we were all friends! The stylist gave me tips for my hair type and explained exactly what she was doing as she was working with my hair and then afterwards explained what she did, again! I can't wait to go back!!!!!!! more

As a recent transplant from the north, I was looking for a nice hair salon with good service and atmosphere at reasonable prices - and found it at Mane Street Hair. The staff is friendly but professional, the stylists attentive to your needs, and the atmosphere is warm, friendly but sophisticated. They go out of their way to please you! more

This totally changed my opinion about small salons. I recently moved here from NY and I am used to high end, pampering salons. When my husband had to relocate to Holly Springs I got VERY nervous. Where would I get my hair done??? Well...the welcome service came to my house and recommended Mane St. Hair and thank goodness she did!!! I bit the bullet and decided to give it a try. It was wonderful!! I got the same highlights and cut I was getting back home only better!! It looks better, feels better, and they recommended fabulous stuff to use when I got home. For the first time I know how to do it myself when I get home!!!! I highly recommend going there...they were friendly, accommodating, helpful, and less $$ than NY!!!! Thanks girls!!! Im loving my hair, went to Mane St. Hair , and my Hair looks the BEST it ever has . They have some excellent stylists , the Salon overall seemed very educated and quite up to date. So if you are looking for a friendly , reasonably priced Salon this is the one for you , it was for me. more
