We ate downstairs where it was more casual, but you have got to go. Server gave us a whole education on sustainable seafood too. It was awesome. Try the shrimp!

Don't Waste your Money 8/5/2002

What a waste of money. Way too crowded (on a sunday afternoon), too many strollers and kids. Unknowledgeable staff. Boring and short lived. The only cool thing was the jellyfish tank. more

Don't Miss It! 6/4/2002

This place is what Vegas is (or should be) all about. It is so convenient, yet a world apart. The ambiance was awesome...truely world class in terms of atmosphere, service and quality. The wine list was a real surprise- excellent, and our server was very well schooled. This place is the single best reason to come to Mandalay Bay! Pros: atmostphere, food, value more

an attempt to be different 5/30/2002

This attraction was an attempt to differengiate from the other attractions in Vegas, which I give them credit for. The sea creatures were great to look at visually. You listen to these phone like instruments where a voice guides you through each presentation, only after you tell it which one you are at. The only cool thing about the reef was at the end when you get to pet the sting rays. The price of the ticket wasn't worth the tour. Cons: expensive more
