PUTTING PATTY IN THERE AND LEAVING JOANNE OFF THE MIC WAS A GOOD CALL MY HUSBAND AND I ARE LONG TIME PLAYERS AND WE HAVE BEEN SAYING FOR YEARS PATTY COULD MAKE THIS SUCH A MORE ENJOYABLE ATMOSPHERE BETTER PERSONALITY AND TREATS PEOPLE MUCH BETTER, AND DOESNT TALK NON SENSE ALL THRU THE GAMES! GOOD MOVE KUDOS TO SOMEONE FOR SEEING THE OBVIOUS! more

Good: The food is good. The games move quickly. There is a smoking room and both rooms have clearly visible bingo boards and monitors. The players are all friendly and willing to help.. Bad: The people who call the numbers will frequently start talking about some other kind of game, which I think has something to do with the pull-tabs they sell. This gets really confusing if your new to bingo, since there is no explanation anywhere about what they are doing. The women at the front desk, where you buy your bingo sheets, are mean, nasty, and useless as far as explaining how the games work. Don't ask questions, they can't be bothered to answer them.. Improvements: Get rid of the nasty women and give new players a sheet or two that explains what sheet gets used for what game ( and explain the pull tabs / serial number games as well ).. Other: It's a fun time, especially if a group of you go to play. Just get past the nasty's at the front door and your all set.. more

Good: The kitchen staff and food is the best! The workers on the floor selling tickets ...most are pretty friendly.. Bad: The manager of the place is sooo rude and the t-shirts she wears are ridiculous..no class at all!!! She constantly demeans the workers that sell tickets and the girls that do the bingo calling. She doesn't stop interrupting the games all night with who has what tickets and screaming out ticket numbers all night! How can anyone enjoy a night out playing BINGO with all the screaming going on??. Improvements: Get rid of the manager..that's all!!. more

While the Bingo Hall is fun and there is the opportunity take home a good-sized wad of dough, the staff leaves something to be desired. The phone is rarely answered, so you need to guess if you have any questions (like when the games start). And if you are under the age of 35, FORGET IT, you are treated with disrespect and inferior. Luckily, if you find a seat in the back right-hand side you'll find a female bingo-goer willing to help in any way the staff is lacking. more
